SEAPA is a global leader in oyster farming equipment headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, with operations in North America, Europe and Japan. With products manufactured by Garon Plastics in Australia, our success is driven by a dynamic, highly skilled and innovative team supported by dedicated employees who contribute to local economies and communities.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Commercial is responsible for driving revenue growth across SEAPA, with primary accountability for the Australian market.

This is a hands-on, execution focused commercial leadership role and must ensure strong alignment between market demand and manufacturing capability.

This role will also be:

  • The lead salesperson and Business Development Manager for Australia & NZ
  • The driver of the global sales process and CRM discipline
  • The primary support of the international sales teams
  • The “conduit” between sales and production for demand planning

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Display proven B2B sales leadership experience
  • Have a demonstrated ability to build and execute structured sales processes
  • Be experienced in the effective use of CRM systems
  • Display a proven track record in effectively operating across domestic and international markets
  • Possess strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
  • Be comfortable in operating within a manufacturing-backed product environment
  • Have a willingness to travel domestically and internationally

You will also be a values-based individual, particularly regarding accountability, responsiveness and teamwork. Tertiary qualifications in a related field are desired, but not essential. An attractive remuneration package will be offered commensurate with demonstrated experience and performance.
