Client Feedback & Quality Assurance

Client feedback is important, it enables us to put our clients first, to listen and act on feedback to help our clients succeed and achieve project deliverables.

Concerns and feedback regarding behaviour and/or quality of work is managed by an independent VUCA Director who has no involvement or conflict of interest in the consulting engagement.

At the commencement of an engagement an independent VUCA Director will be appointed to the engagement, enabling a process and the opportunity for the client to provide feedback at any time.
